I have been a psychotherapist and personal guide and mentor for over 30 years. I am originally from New England but have traveled to and lived in other states and countries. I have been in the Chicago area for much of my adult life. My office is located in Schaumburg, IL where I offer individual, Couple and Group Psychotherapy. My work has been a personal calling and it has been my own path toward spiritual growth as well as my way of helping others in their personal journeys. I have been trained in traditional psychotherapy as well as alternative approaches leading to a comprehensive, integrated and holistic orientation. I have two grown daughters. My hobbies include studying languages, reading, writing, song writing, playing guitar/singing as well as traveling.
